We thrive on building strategic and innovative solutions, through branding, advertising, and design, to authentically empower positive change. Everything we do is tied to our fierce commitment to deliver excellence to our clients so that our work can help their brands to grow and be magnetic.

Each day, we keep it smart, innovative, and truthful. Each day, we listen, think, and think some more. Each day, we are creating brand stories, stories with a voice you can believe in, stories that conjure up genuine values, emotional connections, and inspire folks to want to become a part of the story.

Our work takes us on many diverse journeys—and we like it that way—as it allows us to dive deeply into a variety of challenges that constantly cultivate our talents. We’re made up of a dozen industry peers, mostly at a senior level with 20 to 30 years’ experience. For each project, we form a customized team, matching the appropriate skill set with the parameters of the job. Our structure allows us to provide our clients with the unique advantage of having senior level talent serving their brand from soup to nuts. In other words, the folks generating and presenting the ideas are the same ones rolling up their sleeves and bringing them to life.

To us, the quality of work we deliver is as important as our emphasis on collaboration with our clients—we work with whom we work for; otherwise, it doesn’t work. We pride ourselves on listening deeply, responding proactively, and always going the extra mile. We respect feedback and deadlines.

Cindy LaScala

Intently listening to her clients, responding with fresh ideas, and intelligently delivering solutions, Cindy made a name for herself in her early twenties. Today, Cindy’s energy is as infectious as ever and nothing makes her happier in her professional life than the pure joy that comes from doing great work. An Account Management veteran in the radio and television industry for 15 years, Cindy worked with the leading advertising agencies in NYC on a wide array of accounts—Toyota, The Isaac Hayes Foundation’s Literacy Programs For Children, PepsiCo, Sony Corporation, Nike, GEICO, Microsoft, Volvo, Con Edison, Estee Lauder, McDonald’s, The American Lung Association, Rolex, Bermuda Tourism, Fed Ex, and Veuve Clicquot, to name a few.

In the midst of her career, Cindy moved from general market broadcasting (CBS Spot Radio & Bonneville International’s WRFM/MIX105) to embrace ethnic market broadcasting (Spanish Broadcasting System’s WSKQ & Emmis Broadcasting’s -KISS-FM/HOT97/CD101.9). On the last day of the millennium, Cindy left the comfort of the corporate world to tap into her entrepreneurial spirit, first working with Go Outdoor Media and then with Communique, an energetic advertising and design agency. In 2002, with one client on her roster, Cindy opened the door to her own agency.

Cindy received a dual degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Whitman School of Management prior to moving to NYC to launch her career at the then Ad Agency of the Year, Ally & Gargano.
